The Team

David Ohlrich - CEO

Mr. Ohlrich has over twenty-five years of experience, and a proven track record of success within the Financial Industry. As a recognized leader at the FDIC, he has headed multiple teams; including responsibilities of overseeing National Loan Servicers and field sites during the last crisis with assets exceeding $100 billion. Mr. Ohlrich coordinated Credit Operations for three satellite offices at the regional office level, Chaired Credit Review Committees and served as Chief of Policy and Oversight.   Additionally, he served as the Post Closing Asset Manager for the second largest Bank failure in FDIC history with assets totaling over $210 billion. Prior to his tenure at the FDIC, he founded a successful Transportation & Logistics Company, growing revenues to exceed $5 million annually. He has held previous positions as Chief Lending Officer, Regional Credit Manager in the energy industry and Credit Manager for Chrysler Credit.   


Graduate of Oklahoma State University with majors in Accounting, Marketing and Management .

Patrick L. White - General Counsel

With over thirty-five years of experience in the real property finance arena, Patrick has provided advice and counsel to banks, mortgage lenders and investors on complex commercial and residential real estate transactions in both the private sector and as a regulator. Patrick has significant transactional experience in a broad range of corporate, public sector and private equity disciplines. Patrick has served as General Counsel for a community bank in Tennessee for 10 years He has also served as counsel and underwriter for a real estate title insurance company and has worked both for the FDIC and RTC. 


Graduate of the University of Tennessee with degrees in Economics and a JD/MBA.  Patrick is a licensed attorney in the State of Tennessee.

Eric Anglemyer - Chief Risk Officer

A seasoned financial professional and credit risk expert with a proven track record in loan portfolio analytics, risk management, and regulatory compliance. With a career spanning banking, financial regulation, and credit administration, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing risk governance frameworks, developing credit policies, and optimizing portfolio performance for financial institutions. Eric has successfully built and led teams, managing high-value loan portfolios. His experience includes oversight of commercial and consumer loan portfolios, development of credit loss models (ALLL/CECL), and execution of SOX controls and audit responses. Notably, Eric developed a risk evaluation framework and credit loss model for a Bitcoin-collateralized lending portfolio.

Jay Ash - Managing Director, Capital Markets

An expansive career in the financial industry. Jay has extensive experience working with the FDIC in Asset Management, Risk Sharing, Structured Transactions and Capital Markets. Additionally, Jay served as the Managing Director of a private equity firm specializing in direct balance sheet bridge lending nationwide. Throughout his twenty year career, Mr. Ash has facilitated real estate transactions valued at over $1.5 billion for his clients through debt and equity placement, fundraising, portfolio acquisition and disposition, and large institutional note sales. His experience in commercial brokerage and real estate investment banking has been with some of the largest and most prestigious real estate investment banking firms in their respective specialties nationally.

Dan Newell - Managing Director, Portfolio Oversight

Dan possesses over twenty-five years of experience in the banking and financial sector as a lender, broker, consultant, and regulator. His experience has included overseeing portfolios as large as $60 billion and has managed loan portfolios across the United States, as well as consulting with major financial institutions globally. For most of his career he has assisted banks and bank holding companies in evaluating assets and operations for potential acquisitions.


Graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Finance.

Ted Warren - Managing Director, Special Assets

With over forty-years of experience in the commercial banking industry, Ted is an accomplished executive with a record of success in credit administration and underwriting, portfolio administration, special assets management, and restructuring. Ted also possesses litigation, and foreclosure expertise and a proven history as a bank management professional with diverse credit administration experience. His experience spans from small community banks to large regional banks. A large portion of his career has been spent as a Senior Credit Officer and as a Director of Special Assets. Ted has also worked for the FDIC as a Senior Asset Management Specialist.


Graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelors Degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.
